Meet Our Administrative Team

Our administrative team supervises and supports an extensive team of clinical therapists, case managers, parent aides, and office staff.

Robin Maglinger, LCSW, LCAC
CEO

Robin Maglinger is a practicing psychotherapist with over fifteen years of clinical supervision experience in psychiatric and addiction disorders. Mr. Maglinger is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, holding a Master of Social Work from that university. Mr. Maglinger also has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Evansville. He obtained licensing from the State of Indiana both as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. Mr. Maglinger is one of the few therapists in Southern Indiana that is certified as an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist/consultant. Mr. Maglinger oversees and directs the clinical staff. Beyond this role, Mr. Maglinger acts as a mentor to both interns and younger staff members. In addition, he continues to meet with clients in both group and individual settings. Mr. Maglinger specializes in the treatment of addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders.

Richard Hatfield
COO

Richard Hatfield brings a thirty-year Management and Business Administration background to Maglinger Behavioral Health Services. Having developed and managed former companies from the ground up, and expanding them to a national presence, Mr. Hatfield brings an organizational and operational acumen to support the continual growth the company is experiencing. With experience in personnel management, finance, accounting, customer service, reporting, IT and short and long range planning, as COO, Mr. Hatfield relieves the burdens of such tasks so our clinical team can focus on providing service to our clients. Mr. Hatfield provides structure, compliance, long-range planning, development, training, leadership and accountability to the staff in areas that are vital to providing the high level of service that the company has come to be known for.

Dana Coleman
Corporate Administrator

Ms. Coleman has worked with the Maglinger team since the company was founded. She oversees the administrative processes of all of our field work personnel in the areas of reporting, billing, record keeping and compliance. Quite comfortable with DCS KidTracks, our internal reporting systems, and how the two interact, she represents a key part of the MBHS team that manages information from referral, to case assignment, visit notes and reports, on through to the billing process. Her role also supports the recruiting, screening and documentation process of all MBHS staff.
