As a rapidly growing service provider in Southwest Indiana, we are always interested in meeting with individuals who can bring added value to our team. If your application is complete, and your skill set fits a need of the company, your qualifying experience will include the following steps (given you pass through each stage successfully):
  1. Submission through the on-line application process.
  2. Contact by Corporate Administration to qualify applicant and set interview with CEO.
  3. Initial interview with CEO.
  4. Contact by Corporate Administration to schedule a ride-a-long in the field.
  5. Scheduled meeting with COO after ride-a-long for Q&A and to discuss benefits, reporting and complete background check paperwork.
  6. Final meetings with CEO and COO to discuss duties, schedule, benefits and start date.
  7. Two-week shadowing period to start training.
  8. Computer and reporting training.
  9. Ongoing industry and company training.
  10. 90-day review process.
Our primary areas of hiring at the time are:
  • Service Provider – Therapy (Masters Required)
  • Service Provider – Casework (Bachelors Level)
  • Service Provider - Parent Aid (No Degree Required, But Based Upon Experience)
